Tiande Chemical and the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Establish Joint R&D Center

On November 28, 2017, Tiande Chemical Holdings Co., Ltd. and the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, held a signing and unveiling ceremony for the joint R&D center in the conference room of Weifang Binhai Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tiande Chemical Holdings Co., Ltd. Leaders from the Weifang Municipal Government and Binhai Development Zone, as well as leaders from relevant functional departments, attended the ceremony and gave high praise, encouraging both parties to use the joint R&D center as an opportunity to continuously deepen their cooperation. Li Baodong, member of the Weifang Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and director of the Municipal Chemical Industry Office, Wang Dezhi, deputy director of the Weifang Binhai Development Zone Management Committee, Wang Hua, secretary of the Party Committee of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Gao Feng, chairman of the board of directors of Tiande Chemical Holdings Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled the plaque for the joint R&D center.

Based on the vision of equality, mutual benefit, resource sharing, complementary advantages, long-term cooperation, and common development, Tiande Chemical and the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, established a joint R&D center, forming a comprehensive strategic partnership. Going forward, both parties will collaborate on projects to develop new technologies and products for preparing fine chemicals from HCN, thereby acquiring high-value-added downstream products and new profit growth points. This will further enhance Tiande Chemical's comprehensive strength in technological innovation and new product development for HCN downstream products, while simultaneously building a highly innovative R&D team to drive Tiande Chemical's rapid development, significantly increase the company's core business, and improve the market competitiveness of related products.
